BOOKING, CHARGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

TFPG are the operators of the Park Lodge Hotel

1. The minimum length of stay is 1 month.

2. A credit card is required to secure the booking.

3. At time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the booked stay will be
    charged.

4. The remaining 90% amount of rent is due monthly in advance.

5. 14 days notice is required to shorten the booked stay. This is after the month
    minimum stay requirement has been fulfilled.

6. A security deposit of $700 per room OR will provide their credit card details and
    passport which is redeemable if all terms and conditions of this Agreement are
    adhered to.

7. If the booking is cancelled within 28 days of booked arrival or the guest fails to show
    for the booking or the booking is shortened to less than the month minimum stay, the
    90% balance of the 1 month stay will be forfeited.

8. By proceeding with the booking it is understood this policy has been accepted.
